Never-Fall Lite Never-Fall MAX Plus Upgrade 90-Day Guarantee

Choosing Your Never-Fall Tag

MoodTag is an Australian brand specialising in premium Never-Fall dog ID tags for active, strong, and escape-prone dogs.

Every MoodTag Never-Fall Tag is built around a stronger ID setup: a premium engraved tag, a force-tested Never-Fall Ring, and a 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring designed to help your dog’s ID stay attached and readable when it matters most.
Choose Never-Fall Lite if you want a stronger everyday dog ID setup than a standard pet shop tag and weak split ring.

Choose Never-Fall MAX if your dog is large, strong, rough, escape-prone, or has already lost or damaged ordinary tags before.

The simple version: Lite is strong. MAX is strongest.
Never-Fall Lite includes a 48kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring. It is best for everyday active dogs that need a stronger-than-standard ID setup.

Never-Fall MAX includes MoodTag’s strongest 100kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring. It is best for strong pullers, rough-play dogs, escape-prone dogs, and owners who want the strongest core setup.
Plus adds a more complete peace-of-mind setup for just $5 more.

The Plus upgrade includes priority engraving, same-day dispatch Monday to Friday where operationally available, 2 spare 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Rings, and an engraved lightweight backup ID tag.

Plus does not change the Lite or MAX Never-Fall Ring strength. Lite remains 48kg-tested, and MAX remains 100kg-tested.
No. Plus does not change the Never-Fall Ring strength.

Never-Fall Lite uses a 48kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring. Never-Fall MAX uses a 100kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring.

Plus adds backup ID, spare hardware, priority engraving, and same-day dispatch where operationally available.
No. No dog tag setup can be guaranteed impossible to lose in every situation.

Never-Fall means the setup is built with stronger attachment hardware to help reduce the risk of tag loss from weak standard rings. It is designed for active dogs and everyday movement, but owners should still check their dog’s collar, tag, and attachment hardware regularly for signs of wear, bending, opening, damage, or weakness.
Never-Fall is built around the attachment setup, not just the engraved tag.

A normal dog tag often relies on a small standard ring that can bend, open, wear down, or fail during active movement. Never-Fall Tags use MoodTag’s Never-Fall Ring plus a 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring for a stronger, collar-ready setup.

Choose Never-Fall Lite for a 48kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring, or Never-Fall MAX for MoodTag’s strongest 100kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring.

Hardware & Materials

Yes. MoodTag’s main engraved dog ID tags are made from premium stainless steel.

Plus orders may include an engraved lightweight backup ID tag as an extra backup, but the main MoodTag dog ID tag is stainless steel.
The 48kg and 100kg ratings refer to pull-force testing on the Never-Fall Ring.

They do not refer to your dog’s body weight.

Never-Fall Lite includes a 48kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring. Never-Fall MAX includes MoodTag’s strongest 100kg pull-force tested Never-Fall Ring.
The Never-Fall Ring is the small high-strength ring that connects your engraved tag to the larger attachment ring.

The 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring is the larger ring that connects the full setup to your dog’s collar D-ring.

The setup works like this:

Tag → Never-Fall Ring → 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring → Collar D-ring
No. The Lifetime Never-Fall Ring Guarantee applies to the MoodTag Never-Fall Ring.

The 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring is a replaceable wear-and-check component. Please inspect it regularly and replace it if it shows wear, bending, opening, damage, or weakness.
Yes. Never-Fall Tags are assembled before dispatch.

Your tag arrives with the Never-Fall Ring and 26mm Heavy-Duty Attachment Ring already set up, so you can attach it to your dog’s collar D-ring without building the system yourself.
Never-Fall Tags are stronger dangling dog ID tags. They are not designed to be completely silent.

Because the tag is attached to the collar with hardware, some movement or sound may happen during walking, running, shaking, or play.

Engraving & Personalisation

Yes. MoodTag Never-Fall Tags include front and back engraving.

Most owners use the front for the dog’s name and optional personality line, then use the back for owner contact details and phone number.
Keep the important details clear and easy to read.

Most owners add their dog’s name on the front, then a phone number and key contact details on the back. You can also add a short front quote or vibe line if you want a little personality.

For safety, the most important detail is the phone number someone should use to contact you quickly.
MoodTag uses deep laser engraving to mark your dog’s details into the stainless steel surface.

Unlike surface printing or paint-filled text, MoodTag engraving is designed to keep your dog’s name and contact details readable through normal everyday wear.
MoodTag engraved ID tags are backed by our Lifetime Engraving Readability Promise.

If your engraved details become unreadable through normal wear, we will replace the tag so your dog’s ID can keep doing its job.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice a typo, spelling mistake, or incorrect phone number after ordering.

If your tag has not gone into engraving yet, we will do our best to update the details for you. Once engraving has started, customer-entered mistakes may not be eligible for a free remake.

Please double-check all names, spelling, and phone numbers before placing your order.
