Which one should I choose — Lite or MAX?
Choose Lite if your dog is active or playful and you want something much stronger than a standard pet shop tag. Choose MAX if your dog is large, strong, rough, escape-prone, or has lost tags before.
What does Plus add?
Plus adds priority engraving, same-day dispatch where operationally available, spare hardware, and an engraved backup ID tag. Plus does not change the Lite or MAX Never-Fall Ring strength.
Are the tags engraved on both sides?
Yes. The front is for your dog’s name and optional personality line. The back prioritises owner contact details for safety.
Does free shipping include tracking?
Free standard shipping within Australia is included, but it does not include tracking. Parcel Post and Express Post + Priority Dispatch are available as paid upgrades.
