Lifetime Engraving Guarantee

MoodTag offers a Lifetime Engraving Guarantee. If the engraving on your MoodTag becomes unreadable under normal use, we’ll replace your tag — no questions asked.

What this guarantee covers

  • Engraving readability: If the engraved text fades to the point it’s no longer readable in normal lighting and everyday use.
  • Replacement tag: We’ll send a replacement of the same shape and finish (subject to availability).
  • Made for real life: This guarantee exists because we’re confident your engraving will stay visible long-term.

How to claim a replacement

  1. Send us a clear photo of the tag showing the engraving issue (front and/or back).
  2. Include proof of purchase from MoodTag (order number, receipt email, or invoice).
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement once we verify the order details.

What “lifetime” means

Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the tag while owned by the original purchaser. This guarantee is tied to proof of purchase from MoodTag.

What’s not covered

  • Lost tags (including tags that fall off due to collar/hardware failure).
  • Intentional damage (cutting, grinding, sanding, drilling) or damage caused by harsh chemicals.
  • Normal cosmetic wear to the finish that doesn’t affect engraving readability.
  • Incorrect details entered at checkout (please double-check spelling and phone numbers before placing your order).
