These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of moodtag.com.au and your purchase of MoodTag products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MoodTag

MoodTag sells premium personalised dog ID tags. Many products are customised based on the engraving details you provide.

2. Orders and personalisation accuracy

  1. You are responsible for entering correct engraving details at checkout, including spelling, names, and phone numbers.
  2. If a preview is displayed, it is a visual guide. Final engraving may vary slightly due to layout constraints, materials, and shape rules.
  3. We may adjust spacing, sizing, or line breaks to fit the tag while maintaining legibility. We will not intentionally change the meaning of your text.
  4. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

3. AI quote suggestions

  1. If you use our AI Personalisation Assistant, it generates suggested front quotes based on the vibe/personality you choose.
  2. AI suggestions are optional. You remain responsible for the final text selected for engraving.
  3. We may reject requests containing prohibited content (see section 4).

4. Prohibited content

You must not submit engraving text that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse or cancel orders containing prohibited content. If cancelled before production begins, you will be refunded.

5. Pricing and payment

  1. All prices are in AUD and are GST inclusive.
  2. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
  3. Promotional offers and bundle pricing rules (if applicable) apply as stated on the website at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellations and changes

  1. Because most MoodTag items are personalised and made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
  2. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at admin@moodtag.com.au. We will try to help where possible, but cannot guarantee changes after production begins.

7. Shipping

8. Returns and refunds

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to interfere with site security, scraping, or using the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, product photos, designs, and logos are owned by MoodTag or licensed to us. You must not copy or use them without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. This does not exclude rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under law, including consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state/territory.
