Need to change your engraving?
If you’ve made a mistake or want to change details, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t engraved your tag yet, we may be able to help. Once engraving has started, changes may not be possible.
What to include (so we can help faster)
- Order number
- Your dog’s name (and the engraving you entered)
- Issue type: shipping / engraving / product / returns
- Photos of the tag + packaging (required for defects/returns)
