We exclusively use premium, industrial-grade materials. Our Signature and Clan collections are crafted from Marine-Grade Stainless Steel or solid Brass, while our Chroma range uses high-density Anodised Aluminium. These materials are selected for maximum corrosion resistance against the Australian sun and saltwater.

Most pet store kiosks use surface-level markings that fade. MoodTag utilises a specialised Deep-Laser Etching process that removes metal to a specific depth. Since tags are custom-engraved, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. However, if we make a mistake or the tag is defective, we will remake and ship a replacement immediately at no cost. Returns policy →

Maintenance is simple! A quick wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap will remove dirt. For Brass tags, you can restore the shine with a polishing cloth if they develop a natural patina over time. Our high-tension split rings are stainless steel and require no special care.
