MoodTag ships within Australia only. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped as a parcel (not an envelope) via Australia Post with tracking.
Processing & dispatch times
MoodTag tags are personalised (engraved) to order. We aim to engrave and dispatch orders quickly:
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 10:00am (Mon–Fri) are typically engraved and shipped the same day.
- After 10:00am: Orders placed after 10:00am dispatch the next business day.
- Weekends & public holidays: Orders are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates (Australia)
- Free standard shipping for orders over $80
- Standard shipping (tracked): $8.95
- Express shipping (tracked): $12.95

Delivery time estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions. As a guide for metro areas:
- Standard (tracked): typically 3–5 business days
- Express (tracked): typically 1–2 business days
Please note: regional and remote areas may take longer than the ranges above.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for both standard and express shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.
Address and delivery issues
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, check safe-drop locations and with household members first.
- If there’s an ongoing issue with delivery or tracking, contact us and we’ll help you investigate the next steps.
