What this covers:
- Engraved text becoming unreadable through normal daily wear
- Dog name, phone number, or contact details no longer being readable in normal lighting
- Engraving readability issues that affect the tag’s ability to do its job
What this does not cover:
- Lost tags
- Customer typos, spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers, or incorrect details submitted at checkout
- Normal surface scratches, scuffs, or marks that do not affect readability
- Cosmetic wear to the finish that does not make the engraving unreadable

Never-Fall does not mean the tag is impossible to lose or damage in every situation. It means the setup is built with stronger attachment hardware to help reduce the risk of tag loss from weak standard rings.
